Deoleo's Italian unit ordered to pay $93 million in tax dispute

Nov 22 (Reuters) - Spanish olive oil producer Deoleo
 OLEO.MC  said late on Thursday that its Italian unit, Carapelli
Firenze, has been ordered to pay 89 million euros ($93.13
million) by an Italian court in relation to a tax dispute
started in 2014.
    Carapelli Firenze will request the payment be suspended and
will appeal to the country's Court of Cassation once it gets the
full sentence from the court, Deoleo said in a filing to the
stock market regulator.
     Deoleo has "solid" legal arguments to win the case, it said
in the filing.
