DERWENT LONDON PLC 
 
Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for a total of 38,841 ordinary shares of 5p each ("shares") to
be admitted to the Official List. 
 
These shares are being issued in respect of elections to participate in the
Scrip Dividend Scheme in respect of the final dividend for the year ended 31
December 2013. 
 
These shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
