Additional Listing

 

 

A block listing application has been made for 160,000 ordinary shares of 5p
each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These shares
are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the
following scheme:

 

 Scheme                           No. of Shares
 Employee Share Option Plan 2018  160,000

 

Admission of the shares is expected on 14 March 2022

 

When issued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
shares.
