Additional Listing

 

 

A block listing application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority
and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 200,000 ordinary shares of 5p
each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

 

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued
pursuant to the following schemes:

 

 Scheme                           No. of Shares
 Employee Share Option Plan 2018  125,000
 Performance Share Plan 2023      75,000

 

Admission of the shares is expected on Wednesday 28 August 2024. When issued
these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
