At the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 111,753,512 ordinary shares of 5 pence each with voting rights.
 
The Company holds no treasury shares and therefore the total number of voting rights in Derwent London plc is 111,753,512.
 
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, Derwent London plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the FCA.
