** Shares of Design Therapeutics Inc  DSGN.O  jump 40% in
their stock market debut
    ** DSGN shares open at $28, well above their IPO price of
$20 per share
    ** Co offered 12 mln shares of its common stock in IPO,
raising about $240 mln
    ** DSGN is a preclinical stage biopharmaceutical co that is
developing small-molecule therapeutic candidates called gene
targeted chimeras (GeneTACs) for the treatment of serious
degenerative disorders 
    ** Goldman Sachs, SVB Leerink LLC and Piper Sandler were the
joint book-running managers for the offering
