Turkish watchdog files complaints, apply trading bans for share manipulation ISTANBUL, Sept 17 (Reuters) - Turkey's Capital Markets Board filed criminal complaints against 38 people and barred them from trading on Borsa Istanbul for two years over their alleged manipulation of the shares of three listed companies, according to the regulator's latest bulletin published early on Wednesday.
The regulator said complaints were filed as part of a regulation that covers market manipulation against several people including fund manager Pusula Portfoy and its executives.
Pusula Portfoy could not be reached outside of regular business hours.
