** Shares of biotech firm Destiny Pharma  DEST.L  up as much
as 14% at 35.63p
    ** Co says Nigel Rudd to return as chairman with immediate
effect
    ** Rudd previously chaired the co from 2010 to 2018 and led
its flotation on the London AIM market
    ** He joins DEST after chairing multiple companies such as
Heathrow, Alliance Boots and Meggitt
    ** Shares down 41% YTD, as of last close
