U.S. stock index futures rose on Monday, extending post-election gains, while
investors awaited the next batch of economic data that could decide whether the
equity rally can sustain itself.  .N 
    
    At 7:33 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.43% at 44,332. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.37% at 6,047.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.38%
at 21,311.5.
