* Has acquired remaining 50 percent shareholding in Sino Santa Fe International
Transportation Services Co Ltd. in China
* Will buy China International Engineering Consulting Corporation's (CIECC) 50 percent
shareholding at 39.7 million Chinese yuan renminbi ($5.8 million)
* Closing of acquisition is expected to take place in a few weeks
