 OSTC.CO : 
    * Appoints Martin Thaysen as President and CEO of the parent 
company, EAC 
    * Martin Thaysen will take up the position of CEO by Apr. 1, 
2015 at the latest 
    * Thaysen replaces EAC's CEO Niels Henrik Jensen and Santa 
FE Group's CEO Lars Lykke Iversen, both of whom will retire by 
Apr. 1, 2015
