·    Mr. Leonard Kange and Mr Ayodele Bajomo have been appointed as
directors of the Issuer in place of Vistra Capital Markets (Netherlands) N.V.;
and

·    The registered office of the Issuer has been changed from
Herikerbergweg 88, 1101CM Amsterdam to Bavincklaan 7, 1183 AT Amstelveen.
