The Issuer hereby gives notice that, effective as of 1 January 2024:

·    Vistra Capital Markets (Netherlands) N.V. has resigned as the
director of the Issuer;

·    Mr. Kenneth Chiemeka Okere and Mrs. Ibukunoluwa Sarah Oyedeji have
been appointed as directors of the Issuer in place of Vistra Capital Markets
(Netherlands) N.V.; and

·    The registered office of the Issuer has been changed from
Herikerbergweg 88, 1101CM Amsterdam to Bavincklaan 7, 1183 AT Amstelveen.
