ISSUED UNDER THE £2,000,000,000 IMPALA BONDS PROGRAMME (THE "NOTES") BY INVESTEC BANK PLC (THE "ISSUER")
The Specified Denomination of the Notes has been amended from "ZAR 2,000,000 and integral multiples of ZAR 5,000 in excess thereof up to and including ZAR3,995,000" to "ZAR 1,000,000 and integral multiples of ZAR 5,000 in excess thereof up to and including ZAR1,995,000".
