Amendment to the Issuer Bank Account Agreement and Bank Account Agreement

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO HOLDERS OF THE NOTES THAT:

On 25 November 2025, in respect of the Residential Mortgage-Backed Note
Issuance Programme established by the Master Issuer, amendments were made to
the Issuer Bank Account Agreement and Bank Account Agreement to reflect:

1.       the resignation of National Australia Bank Limited (who was
previously appointed as an Issuer Account Bank and an Account Bank) pursuant
to a letter of resignation sent by National Australia Bank Limited on 23
September 2025; and

2.       the maintenance of the appointment of Clydesdale Bank PLC as
sole Issuer Account Bank and Account Bank.

Copies of the amended and restated Issuer Bank Account Agreement and Bank
Account Agreement will be available for inspection by the Noteholders at the
specified offices of the Paying Agents and of the Issuer referred to below:
