 MTN Funding Plc 2021-F3 USD Secured 6.25% NTS due 2024 ISIN GB00BNYNFZ53
CUSIP G6318C AJ9 (together, the "2021-F3 Notes")

 

The Issuer confirms trades were executed at market at 20 December 2022 for
additional units in circulation of 500,504.

Current pricing is available on Bloomberg or via the Deutsche Börse website.

 

 

The 2021-F3 Notes are listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

 

 

Capitalised terms used but not defined herein have the meaning given to them
in the terms and conditions of the 2021-F3 Notes as set out in the Pricing
