CUSIP G6318C AJ9 (together, the "2021-F3 Notes")

 

The Issuer confirms trades were executed at market at 09 March 2023 for
additional units in circulation of 202,394.

The 2021-F3 Notes are listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

 

 

Capitalised terms used but not defined herein have the meaning given to them
