BERLIN, Feb 26 (Reuters) - Logistics giant DHL Group DHLn.DE and Chinese e-commerce retailer JD.com on Thursday said they signed a memorandum of understanding to help German brands expand into China by lowering market entry barriers.
The deal will allow German brands to sell directly to more than 700 million Chinese consumers through JD.com's platform without having to establish a legal entity in the country, the companies said in a joint statement.
