April 22 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1950 GMT on Wednesday:

**  Inhibrx Biosciences INBX.O has drawn interest from drugmakers including Merck & Co MRK.N, Germany’s Merck KGaA MRCG.DE and Japan's Ono Pharmaceutical 4528.T for an experimental cancer treatment that could be valued at more than $8 billion, people familiar with the matter said.

** European broadcaster RTL AUDK.LU secured unconditional EU antitrust approval for its Sky Deutschland acquisition after regulators said the deal would not pose any competition concerns in Europe.

** London-listed specialty insurer Beazley BEZG.L said shareholders approved Swiss group Zurich Insurance's ZURN.S 8.1 billion pound ($10.94 billion) all-cash takeover, with 99.9% votes in favor at a meeting held earlier in the day.

** United Airlines UAL.O CEO Scott Kirby played down speculation about a potential tie-up with American Airlines AAL.O and declined to comment on reports he had floated the idea to the White House.
