** Shares of Dev Accelerator DEVA.NS rise exchange-allowed maximum of 5% to 64.05 rupees in trading debut

** Office space solutions provider's 1.43 bln rupees ($16.3 mln) IPO, which comprised entirely of fresh shares issue, was subscribed nearly 64x

** DEVA valued at 5.78 bln rupees as of 13:03 IST

** More than 6.1 mln shares traded so far

** Proceeds from IPO to be used for capital expenditure for fit-outs in proposed centres and repayment of borrowings
