India's Dev Information rises on contract win

** Shares of Dev Information Technology  DEVN.NS  rise as
much as 4.2% to 174.9 rupees; last up 3.4% 
    ** Co wins contract worth 12.3 mln rupees ($142,190) for
metro rail modernization in the western state of Gujarat 
    ** Stock set to rise for third straight month
    ** Stock has been above its 200-day simple moving avgs since
late Oct, indicating bullish sentiment
    ** DEVN rose 1.3% in 2024, gaining for fifth straight year
