** Shares of Dev Information Technology  DEVN.NS  jump 14%,
set for their best day in over two months 
    ** IT firm launched Single Window IT System (SWIT), an
online platform for entities setting up ops in India’s
International Financial Services Centres (IFSC) 
    ** DEVN says SWIT to be significant growth driver for co 
    ** Stock sees busiest day in seven years, vols at 35x the
30-day avg
    ** Still, DEVN down 10% YTD; could post its first yearly
losses since 2019
