Trading Statement

 

Devolver Digital, an award-winning digital publisher and developer of independent ("indie") video games,

announces that its current financial performance is in line with consensus expectations for full year 2025.

 

The 2025 Annual Meeting will be held this afternoon at 4:00pm BST and results of the meeting will be issued upon its conclusion. The 2024 Annual report and Accounts are available on, and can be downloaded from, Devolver Digital's investor website at investors.devolverdigital.com.
