Appointment of Joint Broker

Devolver Digital, an award-winning digital publisher and developer of
independent ("indie") video games, is pleased to announce the appointment of
Panmure Liberum Limited as a joint broker to the Company with immediate
effect. Zeus Capital will remain as the Company's nominated adviser and joint
corporate broker.
