Further to its announcement on 28 January 2022, the Company confirms that the
change of name has been registered at Companies House and as such, the name
of the Company has now been changed from Dewhurst plc to Dewhurst Group plc.
The Company's TIDM will remain as DWHT and its ISIN will remain as
GB0002675048.
