Dewhurst Group plc (AIM: DWHT) was notified today that on 28 June 2023,
Charlotte Dewhurst, wife of David Dewhurst, Director, sold 35,000 'A' ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of 625 pence each.

 

Following this purchase, David Dewhurst's beneficial interest in the Company,
including those held by his wife, is 419,595 ordinary shares which carry
voting rights representing 12.7 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company and 34,932 'A' ordinary shares representing 0.7 per cent. of the total
issued 'A' ordinary shares of the Company.
