Dewhurst Group plc (AIM: DWHT) was notified today that on 15 June 2022, Susan
McErlain, Non-Executive Director, purchased 2,586 A ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of 580 pence each.

 

Following this purchase, Susan's beneficial interest in the Company is 2,586 A
ordinary shares of 10 pence each representing 0.05 per cent. of the total
issued A ordinary shares of the Company.
