Notice of General Meeting

 

Proposed Name Change to Dewhurst Group plc

 

Dewhurst plc (AIM: DWHT) announces that it will  today  post to its
shareholders a circular including a notice of General Meeting (the "Circular")
in relation to the Company seeking approval from shareholders to change its
name to Dewhurst Group plc. The General Meeting, which will follow on from the
Company's Annual General Meeting, will be held at the Company's registered
office, Unit 9 Hampton Business Park, Hampton Road West, Feltham, TW13 6DB on
15 February 2022 at 10.15am.

Upon the change of name being effective the Company's TIDM will continue to be
DWHT and the Company's new website address will be www.dewhurst-group.com
(http://www.dewhurst-group.com) . Disclosures pursuant to Rule 26 of the AIM
Rules for Companies will be available on this website following the change in
name.

The Circular will be available to view on the Company's
website www.dewhurst.plc.uk (http://www.dewhurst.plc.uk) shortly.

A further announcement will be made ahead of the name change being formally
implemented.
