       April 9 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Tuesday:

        ** Danish shipping and logistics firm DFDS  DFDS.CO 
said  it has agreed to buy the international transport network
of Turkey's Ekol Logistics for 1.9 billion crowns ($277 million)
and lifted its sales growth forecast for the year.

        ** Alternative asset manager Blue Owl Capital  OWL.N 
said  it will buy Prima Capital Advisors for $170 million to
expand into real estate financing, a market that traditional
banks have been retreating from since last year.

        ** Italy trusts it will be able to find a partner for
bailed-out lender Monte dei Paschi di Siena  BMPS.MI  this year,

        ** Vietnam's Duc Giang Chemicals  DGC.HM  is in talks to
sell a minority stake to a foreign strategic investor in a deal
that could value the country's second biggest chemical company

Baker's investment firm NRDC Corp is set to take over German

    ** Hungary's government will acquire an 80% stake in
Budapest Airport, its economy minister said on the sidelines of

completed the acquisition of Washin Optical Co., a Japanese

    **  Bain Capital has sold its Axis Bank  AXBK.NS  stake at
1,071 rupees ($12.87) per share to raise $429 million, according
to a source with direct knowledge of the matter.

    ** China's CDH Investments said  it completed an investment
for a minority interest in grocery chain Bach Hoa Xanh, a unit
of Vietnam's biggest retail group by market value, Mobile World

    ** HSBC  HSBA.L ,  0005.HK  is selling its business in
Argentina and booking a $1 billion loss on the deal, the bank
said , as it continues to shrink its once globe-spanning empire
to focus on Asia.

    ** British insurer Aviva  AV.L  said  it had completed the
453 million pound ($574 million) acquisition of AIG's  AIG.N  UK
life insurance business, sealing the largest takeover under CEO
