       Nov 15 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2145 GMT on Friday:
   
    ** Compass Minerals  CMP.N  is in talks with private-equity
firms to sell itself, three sources familiar with the matter
said, after an aborted lithium-mining project hit shares of the
minerals producer, which is worth about $1.5 billion including

    ** Italy's Moltiply Group  MOL.MI  has emerged as the only
bidder for German media group ProSiebenSat.1's  PSMGn.DE  price
comparison portal Verivox, two sources close to the matter said.

    ** Spanish power utility Endesa  ELE.MC  has agreed to buy
626 megawatts (MW) of hydroelectric assets from power company
Acciona Energia  ANE.MC  for 1 billion euros ($1.05 billion),

    ** Gabon said on Friday that it had closed a deal to buy
back $290 million of its $605 million Eurobond maturing in 2025.

    ** Private equity firm Astorg is nearing a sale of its
U.S.-based intellectual property software firm Anaqua to Nordic
Capital for around $2.5 billion, two people familiar with the

        ** Danish shipping and logistics firm DFDS  DFDS.CO 
said it had agreed to buy Turkey's Ekol Logistics' international
transport network, overturning a decision made two weeks ago to

        **  Private equity firm KKR  KKR.N  has raised its
tender offer price for Fuji Soft  9749.T  by 7% to 9,451 yen
($60.86) a share, the Japanese software developer said, narrowly
surpassing a rival offer of 9,450 yen from Bain Capital.

motor vehicle inspection group Bilprovningen to Germany's TUV
Rheinland for 1.20 billion crowns ($109 million), Finance
