Directorate Change

DFS Furniture plc (the "Company") announces that independent non-Executive
Director, Jane Bednall, has decided to step down from the Board of Directors
with effect from the 25 June 2023, the end of the current financial year.

Steve Johnson Non-Executive Chairman "I would like to thank Jane for her
valued contribution as a member of the DFS Furniture Board of Directors. Jane
has used her considerable experience in customer, marketing  and digital to
assist the Company in developing its strategy"
