Resignation of Director

 

DG Innovate (LSE: DGI), the advanced research and development company
pioneering sustainable and environmentally considerate improvements to
electric mobility and storage, announces that further to the 'Board Changes'
announcement made earlier today Christopher Theis, a director of the Company
and its former Chief Executive Officer, has resigned from the Company with
immediate effect
