Restoration of Trading

 

DG Innovate (LSE: DGI), the advanced research and development company
pioneering sustainable and environmentally considerate improvements to
electric mobility and storage, requested a suspension of listing from 7:30
a.m. on 1 July 2022 due to the delay in publishing its audited report and
accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 as announced on 30 June 2022.
Following the publication of its audited report and accounts for the year
ended 31 December 2021, the Company is pleased to announce the lifting of the
temporary suspension and the restoration of trading in its ordinary shares on
the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
