** Shares of R&D co DG Innovate  DGI.L  jump 118.4% to
0.098p; top pct gainer across all London stocks
    ** Co appoints Peter Bardenfleth-Hansen as new CEO replacing
Peter Tierney
    ** Bardenfleth-Hansen spent nearly 10 years at Tesla
 TSLA.O , where he held senior sales roles 
    ** Co also appoints Christian Eidem and Jochen Rudat as
executive directors
    ** Eidem was previously a Tesla Motors advisor and Rudat was
responsible for launch of Tesla products in several markets 
    ** DGI adds it has raised 2.4 mln stg ($3.01 mln) through
issue of unsecured convertible notes 
    ** Shares down 23.84% YTD
