** Shares of Dhampur Sugar Mills  DAMS.NS  rise as much as
7.30%, most intraday gains in over five weeks, to 226.95 rupees
    ** The rise comes after the sugar maker completed expansion
of its "C" heavy molasses distillery capacity by 130 kilo litres
per day at its unit in Uttar Pradesh
    ** C molasses is the end by-product of sugar processing and
is used in the manufacture of ethanol
    ** With the expansion, the distillery capacity of DAMS
stands at 350 KLPD
    ** About 196,714 shares of DAMS change hands as of 11:12
a.m. IST, 0.6x the 30-day avg of 330,924 shares: Refinitiv data
