** Shares of Dhanlaxmi Bank  DNBK.NS  rise as much as 9.1%
to 16.75 rupees, their highest since Oct. 18, 2021
    ** DNBK on Wednesday posts a more than four-fold jump in
Sept. qtr net profit to 158.9 mln Indian rupees from 36.6 mln

    ** Interest earned jumps 14.6% to 2.63 bln rupees
    ** Asset quality improves, with gross bad loan ratio
reducing to 6.04% from 6.35% in the previous quarter

30-day avg of 1.3 mln shares
    ** Stock up 3.7% YTD up to last close
