April 6 (Reuters) - Dhanuka Agritech Ltd  DHNP.NS : 
 * District industries centre, udhampur approved expansion of udhampur unit; 
   total pesticides formulation capacity of udhampur manufacturing unit been 
   doubled 
 
* Source text: Dhanuka Agritech Limited has informed the Exchange that the District Industries Centre, Udhampur has approved substantial Expansion of our Udhampur Unit. The Company wish to inform that J & K State Pollution Control Board, has given grant of authorization (Fresh for substantial expansion) for handling hazardous waste for pesticide formulation and also consent to operate (Fresh for additional Plant & Machinery under substantial expansion. (For additional Qty. 5900MT/annum) in respect of manufacturing unit of the Company situated at SICOP Industrial Estate Battal Ballian Udhampur. As a result of above, total pesticides formulation capacity of Udhampur manufacturing unit of the Company has been doubled i.e, existing capacity 5900MT+ additional grant capacity 5900MT= 11800MT/annum. With this grant/consent, the Company will also be entitled to avail Excise Duty Refund for a further period of ten years for the production of Udhampur unit of the Company.
