** Shares of Best Agrolife  BESA.NS  rise as much as 3% to
693.75 rupees, last up 1.1%
    ** Agrochemical firm's unit gets patent for its invention of
synergistic pesticidal composition by Indian Patent Office 
    ** Also approves issue of warrants worth up to 2 billion
rupees ($23.8 million)
    ** Stock down ~41% so far this year vs a ~61% rise in rival
