much as 9.9% to 63.60 rupees, highest since Sept. 21
    ** The infrastructure consultancy said Thursday it received
work order worth 17.4 mln rupees ($211,248) in a JV with
Arkitechno Consultants (India)
    ** Order from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI)
    ** More than 26,000 shares change hands by 0557 GMT vs
30-day avg of 64,839 shares
    ** Stock up 0.17% YTD up to last close
