Director / PDMR Shareholding - NED Purchase of Shares

 

 

Belfast and London, 07 March 2024 - Diaceutics PLC (AIM: DXRX), a leading
technology and solutions provider to the pharma and biotech industry,
announces that on 6 March 2024, Graham Patterson, a Non-Executive Director of
Diaceutics, purchased 33,564 ordinary shares at a price of £0.985 per share.
As a result of the purchase, Graham Patterson's shareholding in Diaceutics is
33,564 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's
issued share capital.
