Kenya regulator approves Diageo's EABL sale, with conditions, Bloomberg News reports Sept 10 (Reuters) - Kenya's competition regulator has approved Diageo's DGE.L sale of its 65% stake in East African Breweries Plc EABL.NR to Asahi Group Holdings 2502.T, subject to conditions, Bloomberg News reported on Thursday, citing a letter.
