Diageo plc announces in accordance with LR 9.6.14(R) that Ireena Vittal,
non-executive director, has been appointed non-executive director of Maruti
Suzuki India Limited, a company listed in India on the National Stock Exchange
and the Bombay Stock Exchange, with effect from 28 August 2024.
