Director Declaration

Diageo plc (the "Company") announces that John Rishton, non-executive director
of the Company, will be appointed as non-executive director and chair
designate of Imperial Brands PLC, with effect from 13 July 2026.

John will assume the role of chair of Imperial Brands PLC, effective from, 1
December 2026.

This notification has been made in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R (2).
