 Diageo plc ('Diageo') announces that on 31 May 2023 it has purchased 350,000
 of its ordinary shares of 28 101/108 pence each on the London Stock Exchange
 and other recognised investment exchanges from Citigroup Global Markets
 Limited as follows. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued
 by Diageo on 16 February 2023, as announced on 16 February 2023:
