 Diageo plc ('Diageo') announces that on 13 May 2024 it has purchased 3,000 of
 its ordinary shares of 28 101/108 pence each on the London Stock Exchange and
 other recognized investment exchanges from Merrill Lynch International as
 follows. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by Diageo
 on 11 October 2023, as announced on 12 October 2023:
