On 2 September 2019, the following awards were granted to directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities over either Ordinary Shares or American Depositary Shares under the Diageo plc 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan:
 
1.     options which are exercisable between 2 September 2022 and 1 September 2029, subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions.
 
2.     conditional awards in the form of Restricted Stock Units which will vest on 2 September 2022, subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions.
