Publication of 2019 Annual Report and 20-F
 
Following the release by Diageo plc (the "Company") on 25 July 2019 of the Company's preliminary results for the year ended 30 June 2019, the following documents have today been issued:
 
·      Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2019; and
·      Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2019 on Form 20-F which has been filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
 
The documents are available to view on the Company's website at www.diageo.com and copies of the Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2019 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. 
 
The Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2019, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019 and Form of Proxy/Letter of Direction for the Annual General Meeting will be made available to shareholders on 9 August 2019.
