 Diageo plc ('Diageo') announces that on 13 January 2022 it has purchased
 230,000 of its ordinary shares of 28 101/108 pence each on the London Stock
 Exchange and other recognised investment exchanges from Goldman Sachs
 International as follows. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions
 issued by Diageo on 13 January 2022, as announced on 26 November 2021:
