GDANSK, May 27 (Reuters) - Polish medical laboratory operator Diagnostyka DIAP.WA reported on Tuesday a 13% jump in its first-quarter net profit, driven by increase in the volume and price of tests.
CONTEXT
In 2024, the company acquired Diagnostyka-Teleradiologia24 and Livmed and gained full control of Diagnostyka Wyrobek. In early April this year, Diagnostyka also took a 51% stake in Eurodiagnostic.

BY THE NUMBERS
Diagnostyka net profit reached 72.9 million zlotys ($19.45 million) while company's revenue rose 23% year-on-year to 591.6 million zlotys. Its earning before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) came in at 159.3 million zlotys.
