Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

 

Diales Group Plc (AIM:DIAL), the global specialist dispute avoidance and
dispute resolution consultancy, will report half year results for the six
months ended 31 March 2025 on Tuesday 10 June 2025.

Diales will host a presentation for analysts at 10:00am on 10 June 2025 at
Diales' offices at Floor 6, 125 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1AR, and
virtually. Analysts who would like to attend the presentation should register
their interest with Acuitas Communications at diales@acuitascomms.com or on
020 3745 0293.

The Group will also host a webinar presentation for investors at 12:00pm on 10
June 2025. Questions can be submitted before and during the online event.
